Ice Cream Dreams and Butterflies

CTMH’s June Stamp of the Month, “Ice Cream Dream”, is perfect for those summer birthday cards for the kiddos.  So many fun cards can be made with this stamp set!  For the grown ups I’ve added in some elegant butterfly cards using my new Cricut Explore machine to cut out the lacy butterfly wings.

This card includes every stamp in the Ice Cream Dreams stamp set, white embossed on pixie paper and then colored in with alcohol markers. White shimmer trim and coral sequins finish off the card. Looks good enough to eat!

CTMHs Artiste cricut cartridge features this butterfly with lacy wings atop a solid background. The glacier thick twine is my favorite fiber to work with at the moment.
