The biggest even of the summer for me was my son’s wedding. Our new daughter-in-law is the sweetest girl ever and we are so overjoyed to welcome her to the family.
As you can imagine, there are lots of wedding photos to capture this moment. The colors in True Love perfectly complement her wedding colors and I can’t wait to get the prints to add to these pages!

This summer I had the wonderful opportunity to visit Alaska and I came back with so many great memories and pics of the forests and fish and wildlife there. I’m so excited to paste them on these sets of pages with the Into the Wild papers in forest greens and sapphire blues reminiscent of starry skies, and with lots of woodland animals, etc.

These colorful springtime layouts make me so happy!! Full of flowers and butterflies, they are the perfect showcase for gorgeous spring time photos:
Love the orange triangles, darting in from each side and the butterfly complements fluttering up the page…. This is a great first or last page in an album.

Absolutely love these layouts with their spring-like floral colors and patterns. They are perfect pages to add to a wedding album I am creating for my son and his fiancee.
The “white washed boards” look of these base pages are a perfect backdrop to the layout above

While I’m not a big fan of dinosaurs, having no small boys at home, the Something Fierce paper with its dinosaur images really work for these layouts, which will suit our family photos to Arizona and New Mexico this past January. The cactus puffy stickers are perfect for them as well:

I even had enough paper left over to make this Anniversary card using January’s Stamp of the Month. It’s a shaker card with confetti inside the acetate window that slides around as you shake the card. LOVE IT! The metallic silver thread and silver shimmer tape are additional nice accents to the card.

Of all the papers in Close to My Heart’s Holiday Season Expressions catalog, my favorite is this Boutique paper. Love these layouts!!
I even got to try the new texture paste and stencils on this last “Sweet Moments” layout. The stencil was easy to cut from CTMH’s Artistry cartridge on stencil stock – a thick vellum. I cut an arabesque patter out as a stencil and used the medium opaque texture paste and a palette knife to press the paste through the stencil, moving the stencil tile together an image of the dimensions I liked. The paste dries in 20 min or so, leaving a 3D texture on the paper. LOVE IT!
